Jaime + Sal | Engaged | New Jersey

I’m so glad we were able to fly up a few days early before their wedding day and capture some casual portraits. Engagements are so important during the wedding process. I find that my couples are much more relaxed and at ease during this time verses the actual wedding day. Well, I take that back. Sal and Jaime were even at ease on their wedding day…. but how can you not be when you get married on a beach?

So very thankful to know these two… and to have battled some crazy weather together! Enjoy!!!

Nolan + Steve | Wedding

Yesterday, Southern Weddings featured this beautiful wedding on their blog…. which means I get to share it now! Yippie!!! If you’d like to go check out the feature, go here!  Nolan and Steve were the type of couple I instantly connected with. Their sweet, fun, outgoing personalities made me feel as if I was close friends with them before we even met. These are the reasons I love connecting and getting to know my couples before the wedding day.

It’s been a flippin’ long time since I’ve blogged a full wedding…. so this one is pretty lengthy.

Hope you enjoy this lovely couple!! xoxo

Steve & Nolan, I MISSSSSSS YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wishing you a wonderful first year of marriage and MANY more after! Love you guys!

Nolan and Steve decided to do a First Look before the ceremony. Here’s why from Nolan!

“Steve and I have so many mutual friends and we are so close to each other’s families, so we wanted to get pictures

out of the way so we could spend time with them. I was most looking forward to the cocktail hour because

it was around a koi pond with string lights at dusk, and I didn’t want to miss that! It was so lovely to see each other prior to the ceremony.”
